How It Works
From your first inquiry to the final installation, our process is built for clarity, craftsmanship, and customer confidence. Here’s how it works.
Requesting an Estimate
Customers can get started by calling us directly or submitting a request through our website. Once we receive your project details, we prepare and send a customized estimate within 3–4 business days.
Final Selections & Deposit
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll make your final selections — this includes your stone material, sink, and edge style. A 50% deposit is required at this stage to lock in your price and reserve your measure and installation dates on our calendar.
*PLEASE NOTE WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK & CARD AS FORMS OF PAYMENTS BUT WHEN PAYING WITH A CARD THERE IS A BANK PROCESSING FEE.
Scheduling & Templating
After the deposit, we’ll contact you to schedule both the on-site measurement (template) and the installation date — typically set about 2 weeks apart.
At the template appointment, our technician will take precise digital measurements and consult with you as needed to ensure everything is just right.
Digital Layout & Approval
Back at our shop, your project is drafted using Slabsmith, our precision digital layout software. Once your layout is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule a layout review, where you’ll see exactly how the stone will be cut, including the placement of seams (if applicable) and key features.
At this stage, we also confirm all final details before starting production of your new countertops.
Customer Sign-Off & Fabrication
Once you’ve approved the layout and signed off, your stone moves into fabrication. Our team custom cuts, hand polishes, and prepares your countertops with the highest attention to detail and quality.
Installation
On your scheduled installation day, our experienced team delivers and installs your custom countertops with care and efficiency. The job is typically completed in one day, leaving you with a finished space ready to enjoy.
Solid Process
At Roc City Granite, we believe the process should be just as solid as the stone. Clear communication, expert craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction are built into every step.
