“Can I have my countertops by Christmas?” — A question we have been asked several times this season. While we would love to say yes every time, here at Roc City Granite we follow a thorough, quality driven process to ensure each project is crafted precisely with the quality you expect and deserve.
Our Process
The first step would be to fill out a contact us form that can be found here. We ask that you provide as much information about your project as you can and include a cabinet rendering or a drawing with rough measurements. Once we’ve received that, we will send an estimate within 24-48 hrs.
Prefer to chat in person? Give us a call to schedule a time to meet with our showroom manager. They’ll walk you through your design, answer questions and show you a range of material options to help bring your vision to life.
If you’re ready to move forward after you’ve received your estimate we’ll have you schedule an appointment to come in to finalize the details of your project, sign paperwork and pay a deposit.
For Projects where existing cabinets are being retained, measure and installation dates will be provided within a week of receiving your deposit. A member of our team will reach out with two scheduled dates, a measure appointment where we take precise measurements of your countertops. Then a date for the installation of your new countertops. We’ll provide all the information you need ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect at each appointment.
If you are having new cabinets installed, be sure to pay the deposit to lock in pricing and reserve a spot on our calendar. Once your cabinets are being installed, give us a call so we can line up your countertop measure and installation. We’ll do our best to coordinate with your cabinet schedule to make everything go smoothly.
